Designing for AI Products and Services

In this course, we explored how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can enhance user experiences and drive innovative products. While AI, often through machine learning, increasingly shapes interactions and automates tasks, it poses unique design challenges due to its intangible nature. The course aimed to help students effectively "converse" with AI—understanding its potential, identifying opportunities, and shaping AI-powered solutions. Through hands-on projects and design thinking, we learned to integrate AI meaningfully to address real-world problems.
