Three Logo Designs for Three Clients

September 2024
This project involved creating logo designs for three distinct clients: a music producer specializing in Kawaii Future-Bass, a vocalist with a unique style, and my own personal brand. Each design aimed to visually capture and convey the identity of each client through thoughtful research, exploration of their style, and collaboration.
1. Pixel-C Logo
Pixel-C is a music producer specializing in Kawaii Future-Bass, a genre characterized by upbeat, vibrant, and digitally-inspired sounds. After immersing myself in his music and referencing visual styles from similar producers, I designed a logo that captures the essence of his brand. The result is a blocky, pixel-shaped cat with rounded edges for added cuteness, resonating with the "kawaii" theme. The logo is crafted from geometric shapes to maintain a digital aesthetic, while the cat’s headphones are cleverly integrated from the typeface elements, ensuring a cohesive and polished look. Throughout the process, I collaborated closely with Pixel-C and my design professor to refine the design based on their feedback.
Through collaborative feedback sessions with Pixel-C and my design professor, we refined the initial concept to strike a balance between digital aesthetics and playful charm. This iterative process was crucial in achieving a cohesive design that resonated with Pixel-C’s musical vibe and audience.

2. Char Logo
Char is a singer and vocalist known for her unique style and expressive voice. For her logo design, she provided a specific color palette that became the foundation of the creative process. To ensure the logo authentically represented her brand, I explored her Instagram feed to gather insights into her aesthetic and artistic preferences. The final design embodies her creative identity, capturing the essence of her visual style while resonating with her audience.
By drawing inspiration from her color palette and her Instagram aesthetics, the final logo aligns with Char’s brand image. The logo reflects her vibrant personality and expressive artistry, creating a cohesive visual identity for her music career.

3. Personal Logo
My personal logo is a representation of my style and branding. The goal was to create a clean and sophisticated design using interlinked typography. I aimed for a minimalist approach that conveys a sense of professionalism and high status. The final design effectively merges simplicity with elegance.
My personal logo design embodies my aesthetic values as a designer. I focused on creating a modern and sophisticated look through interlinked typography, emphasizing clarity and high status. The clean lines and minimalist approach represent my brand ethos: professionalism, creativity, and elegance.

Reflection
This project was a valuable learning experience that challenged my ability to design for different creative visions. Working with a variety of clients taught me the importance of client communication, iteration, and adaptability in logo design. I learned to balance each client’s unique identity while maintaining a cohesive design process. Additionally, collaborating with my design professor provided me with constructive feedback that shaped the final outcomes and deepened my understanding of design principles. Overall, this project reinforced my skills in translating client briefs into visual identities and strengthened my versatility as a designer.
